For those who like to stay fit and enjoy regular physical activity, our expansive trail system provides great running and biking routes (mountain bikes are available under the all-inclusive stay).

As well, several days a week we offer restorative treatments that can be booked 'a la carte' during your stay.

Soothe trail weary muscles with a relaxation massage, indulge with a signature facial treatment, or seek the healing powers of reflexology.
